Last week we had our third Chef’s table for some of our Assisted Living residents. This event was created to offer our Emerald residents an opportunity to enjoy an elevated dining experience right here at Elim Village. Last week’s Chef’s table featured smoked salmon salad to start, slow braised beef short ribs including various fresh herbs, and vegetable medley for the main course and a sweet apple tart tatin complete with caramel, walnut crumble and ice cream.
We are fortunate to have an Executive Chef who has a great deal of experience along with creativity and talent to share with the residents!
