- Keynote Speaker: Steph Jagger
- Guest Speaker: Terry Small, The Brain Guy

- Exhibitor Fair of vendors relevant to older adults

Keynote Speaker: Steph Jagger
Steph is a world-record setting endurance athlete, author of two best-selling memoirs, and a sought-after facilitator, speaker, and coach. Her work centers on helping people live a more intuitive life and she is a catalyst for those wanting to spend more time in the present. Her grounded, yet soulful approach, is known to move and inspire audiences.
All Health & Wellness Fair attendees will receive a copy of “Everything Left to Remember”—Steph’s inspirational memoir about her mother who has dementia.

Guest Speaker: Terry Small
Known as ‘The Brain Guy’, Terry Small is a master teacher and Canada’s leading learning skills specialist. He has presented on the brain for over 33 years to organizations around the world. Terry believes, “Anyone can learn how to learn easier, better, faster, and that learning to learn is the most important skill a person can acquire.”
