Nature Photography Day

Fourteen years ago The North American Nature Photography designated June 15 as Nature Photography Day. This day is meant to promote nature photography and to raise awareness for plant, wildlife and environmental conversation worldwide. We’re fortunate to be in the Lower Mainland where we are surrounded by lush greenery and mountain views. Let’s continue to take care of environment for future generations to enjoy.
Here at Elim we have many residents that have an eye for photography and one of our residents, Clarence, is an avid photographer and has taken many photos throughout his travels and around the Village. So much so, his artwork is hung in the hallways of the Atlin building!

Featured above is Elim’s lower pond area, complete with Koi fish! Head over to our Facebook page to see more beautiful photo’s, some of which were taken by Clarence!
