The Emerald at Elim Village, Fleetwood
The Emerald offers 109 modern, tastefully designed, one and two-bedroom apartments, each equipped with a kitchenette, in-suite laundry, and a spacious bathroom with seated showers.
In addition to weekly cleaning services, you’ll enjoy two chef-prepared meals daily in our full-service dining rooms, along with two nutritious snacks served every morning and afternoon in our comfortable Lower Lounge. A holistic approach to wellbeing ensures your personal dignity and independence as you embrace your new lifestyle, which is rich in community with daily opportunities to participate in social, recreational, and wellness programs.
Staffed 24 hours a day, The Emerald features emergency call systems in each suite and throughout the building—and, should you need it, emergency call pendants are also available. Our team of caring professionals are also available to provide additional home care support, as needed.

Community Hair Salon
Serving our Independent and Assisted Living residents for over 20 years, our Community Hair Salon is conveniently located on the lower floor of The Emerald. This fresh, spa-like environment provides a wellbeing boost for your day.
Theatre Room
Going to the ‘theatre’ is a popular activity for many residents, with showings of movies and sport matches (go Canucks!) shown in our 3rd floor Theatre Room. With generous seating able to accommodate 18 residents, mood lighting, and popcorn, it’s akin to a Cineplex experience.
Lounges
The Emerald is home to an array of cozy lounges scattered throughout the building. Enjoy the comfort and fellowship of these well-appointed, communal spaces. Consider them an extension of your personal suite—the whole building is your home.
Relaxation Room
A relaxing space that helps reduce agitation and anxiety while engaging and delighting the user, our Relaxation Room is equipped with a special recliner and various sensory technologies—such as a weighted blanket and soft music—that calm the senses.
Fitness Room
Our Fitness Room is located on The Emerald’s lower floor. With equipment that is appropriate and safe for older adults, maintain or improve on strength, balance, or circulation. Wellness staff are available to orientate you on equipment as needed.
Monthly Rental
Your Assisted Living monthly rental includes: two daily meals, snacks, social and wellness activities, pastoral care, housekeeping services, access to care professionals, and maintenance fees. Assistance with daily activities or medication is available for an additional fee.
Fraser Health Funded Units
The Emerald features 53 suites funded through the Fraser Health Authority. To find out if a funded unit is an option for you, contact the Fraser Health Intake at 604.953.4965.
