Education Centre

At Elim Village, we’re committed and invested in continuing education for our staff. Our Education Centre, located at Elim Village Fleetwood, is equipped with both a classroom environment and practical learning spaces. With a robust educational calendar released each month, we revisit best practices and train on new practices to support our staff’s development and ensure the best in wellness and care are provided to residents.

Members of our business team teach topically on relevant subject matter to support further fluency in the software and programs used on a daily basis. At Elim, your growth as a professional matters to us.
