Construction of this contemporary Independent Living building is already underway at Elim Village Garrison Crossing. The Cedar will be the village’s fourth building available through a secure life lease.

This five-storey building will feature 55 luxurious suites, ranging from 707 – 1,272 sq ft, and will offer eight unique floorplans, with 1-Bedroom suites, 1-Bedroom+Den, 2-Bedroom suites, and 2-Bedroom+Den available.
Floor plans and pricing for The Cedar will be released in the fall of 2024, when pre-sales begin, and building completion is expected early 2026.
